What we collect, and why

Event and group enquiries. When you request our brochure or ask about a private event, through our website or a form on Facebook or Instagram, we collect your name, email address and phone number. We use these to send you the brochure and to follow up about your event. Legal basis: your consent, and steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement.

Reservations and gift vouchers. Table bookings and vouchers run through Zenchef. We receive the details you enter there (name, contact details, date, number of guests, any notes) to handle your booking. Legal basis: performing the booking you request.

Contact. If you email or call us, we use your details to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to you.

Website and advertising. Our website uses cookies and similar technology, including the Meta Pixel and analytics tools, to measure visits and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Non-essential cookies are only placed with your consent. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with services that help us run SKYBAR: Meta (Facebook/Instagram lead forms and ads), Zenchef (reservations), Google (email and analytics), our marketing agency Terragé (campaign management) and Make (forwarding enquiries to our team). These parties only process your data on our instructions. Some may store data outside the EU, under the EU's standard safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and brochure data: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a client. Booking data: as long as needed for the booking and our legal accounting obligations.
